slave unit popping out, know what the problem is?

slave unit popping out, know what the problem is?
ok my pistons in the slave unit for my clutch keeps poping out of the slave unit, does any one know what the problem could be , i already replaced the flex line and put a new slave unit on , but no luck. its keeps holding to uch pressure. thanks for your replys if you have any.
