Braking problem! any fix?

ok so heres the deal... i did a auto to manual tranny conversion and somehow i broke the brake booster in the process. so i bought a brake booster from nissan for a manual trans because thats what i have. well i needed one for an auto trans cause that what i HAD. so i had to buy a master cylinder as well. $500 later its all installed and im ready to go. but now, when i drive, if i start to beat on my car a little the passenger front brake will just lock up. ill be driving down the road mash the gas and pass someone, shortly after i have to pull over because my brake is smoking. WHATS THE DEAL? i took it to a shop and they said i might have a collapsed line? has anyone heard of that?
what else could it be?
thanks

we powerd bled the system at a brake shop. we put 4 bottles of brake fluid through it.

we also found the fix. the push rod on the brake booster wasnt adjusted properly....STUPID FIX
