sounds like fuel isn't makin it to the injectors maybe fuel filter or pump

i can tell you right now that it is your coil packs, i had the same thing with my sr20det, i replaced 2 of the coilpacks, and problem was solved.

it would be a good idea to unbolt each coil pack and check them for spark by lying it on top of the valve cover with a spare spark plug in the end, grounded to something. Then crank the car and watch the electrode for the presence and quality of spark. You'll locate the bad coil pack very quickly. Also, in a situation like yours where full throttle doesn't produce the power that part throttle does, it can be a bad tps.

it is your throttle-postion sensor. it is located right on the throttle body.

justc check the resistance on the coils, its alot easier than doing that spark test. Just get 2 new coils, trust me it will be fixed.
