I had a s13 that idled very rough, then I put Sea Foam through the brakebuster vacuum line so it hits all the cylinders. It ran like hella cool for like a week then it started idling rough again, I kept on doing it till my valves snapped in two. It might be your rockers, they might have to be primed.

it was the best advice but i took a detour before i took it back i replaced the spark plug wires and distributor cap, nothing changed one of my friends friend came to help me fix and he said that there is pressure leaking out and thats why the engine keeps dying, so i took it back to the shop and the manager of the shop was kinda blowing me off about it saying ure car is a hopeless cause that he wished hed never started to fix in the first place and i was like you need to have one of your techs check my car the dude checked it and it was leaking air outta a tiny hole in the brand new intake manifold so they have to replace the gasket im so relieved fer sure thanks everyone for all their help it is greatly appreciated
