Dying Problem

FORENOTE: I posted in this section because this is a poblem with my ka24 motor, if this is the wrong spot, please move it mods.

I think (and hope) that this is only due to the cold weather (30-40 degrees all day), but my 240 keeps running at really low rpms. It has died on me about 5 time during a turn, and fluctuates between about 200 and 1000 rpms at stops. It's pissing me off because the car just got a tune up about 5 months ago, and shouldn't be acting up already. The car doesn't smoke, was never drivin hard (except by me, I have fun sometimes, but control myself most of the time) and it's got pretty low mileage, 155k. I also never had this problem until about 2 weeks ago when the weather started turning for the worst. What do you guys think the problem might be?

Here is what I have concidered to be the problem:
1. Cold weather is effecting the motor
2. Water is getting into the engine bay, and causing complications
3. Clutch may be having trouble going all the way in, causing the car to die
4. Possible that a plug is not sparking, haven't checked yet.

Anything else that may be the problem?

I replaced the o2 sensor. It was still idleing low at first, but not dying, now it runs just like it used. Cheap $20 fix. Not as bad as I thought it was going to be. I knew it wasn't a vacuum leak like you had because I shot some choke cleaner in there with the car running, and it didn't rev, so it eliminated that right away.
