red tail lights

anybody have an idea on how to red out your tail lights on the s13 hatch?. I saw someone's post with the clear and red tails. Those look nice but i'd rather go with all red. Anybody have an idea on how i could approach this?. I already did a search and no i don't want 180sx tails. Just wanna get that damn amber part to become red

You can check out this page. I just did it to my car like 2 weeks ago and it came out well. I used Krylon red spray paint for glass and it came out a nice darker red. You do wanna paint the whole thing though. You'll end up with different shades of red if you dont. Just take your tails off your car, mark areas you don't want painted off, and spray away. I think it looks hot all red.

You think its gonna be good? wouldn't it peel off. If i take off the tails wouldn't putting it back on be a ***** since is molded or something to prevent leaks?

You just gotta forcer it out. You should be fine. I took mine out overnight and that gunk was still sticky. I just pressed it really hard against the car to make sure it stuck together and there were no leaks.

ive had no problems.... it is really really really sticky when applied with a hairdryer and soapy water as in the directions on the jmods site. email the guy and its only ~$5 just tell him what size sheets and your good to go.
